Who is behind Waltons Woodworking?
Phil Walton, the founder and current CEO established Waltons Woodworking in 1986.
Born and raised in the Fraser Valley, Phil’s childhood home is a ten-minute drive from his current shop and home residence. Phil learned his strong work ethic at a young age being the fourth born child of seven raised on a dairy farm. His father was also a carpenter and soon became Phils first mentor at a young age. By the age of 16 Phil was a project manager at a contracting company reading drawing. Continuing on, Phil started his first company in framing houses at the age of 21. Phil has also spent many years working at the Mill, investment property flipping, siding houses, and different carpentry jobs.

Phil started to grow a passion in the creative side of the industry. After establishing Waltons Woodworking he grew his expertise in a niche of high quality custom solid woodworking. These projects he found needed a level of passion and attention to detail that is hard to find. These are the type of jobs that allowed all of his skills to reach peak potential and flourish. The challenge was accepted, and Phil has been growing his team of craftspeople with like-minded thinking ever since.

No matter how small or big a project is Waltons Woodworking provides a level of passion and attention to detail that is hard to replicate.
